All events related to the conference are taking place in Caesars Palace Las Vegas Hotel and Convention Center.

Exhibitor Setup/Move In

8:00am – 5:00pm

 

Sunday, May 18

8:00am – 3:00pm

All booths MUST be set up by 3:00pm on Sunday, May 18. If setup is not complete, Show Management will have the installation performed at the expense of the exhibitor. Setting up a booth during exhibit hall hours is prohibited.

Exhibitor Tear Down/Move Out

Tuesday, May 20

1:30pm – 6:00pm

No exhibit may be dismantled before 1:30pm on Tuesday, June 11*
* A fee will be charged to any exhibitor who dismantles their booth before the close of the show.
