We have recently seen an uptick in unwarranted and fraudulent solicitations aimed at Credit Congress participants, including both attendees and exhibitors. These messages may look legitimate and often reference NACM, Credit Congress, or our event dates in an attempt to gain your trust.
You may encounter emails or calls that attempt to:
- Sell attendee or exhibitor lists (NACM does not sell or distribute lists).
- Offer hotel rooms or discounts through unauthorized booking services.
- Provide “special offers” or “exclusive deals” unrelated to our event.
These communications often request credit card details, wire transfers, or personal information.
