Cancellation Policy

Cancellations Before February 13, 2026

  • Must be received in writing to cherrylc@nacm.org.
  • Subject to a $350.00 processing fee.

Cancellations After February 13, 2026

  • Booth payments are non-refundable.

Refund Information

  • Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment.
  • Please allow 10 to 14 days for processing.
  • NACM will not pay interest on any refunded amounts.
