Q: What is the demographic of conference attendees?

A: Our delegates consist of commercial credit professionals, from executives to credit and collection representatives, representing a wide range of companies from all around the United States and abroad. Their companies vary from small family-owned businesses to Fortune 500s in an array of industries, from construction and food to agri-business and wholesale distribution.

 

Q: What does the (onsite) booth registration include?

A: Each 10’x10’ booth includes:

  • Four exhibitor personnel registrations
  • 8′ high curtain background and 33″ high curtain sidewalls
  • 44″ long by 7″ high identification sign
  • Link to access the Exhibitor Service Kit on a private web page
  • Listing in the Credit Congress Program Guide and on the conference website (except collection agencies/law firms)
  • Security service when the Hall is closed
  • Two buffet lunches and two receptions held in the Expo Hall
  • Admittance to the Educational Sessions

  • Additional Exhibitor Personnel registrations
  • Closing Night Event tickets (All sponsors are eligible to receive a limited number of complimentary tickets for the Closing Night Party)

 

Q: I work for a collection agency. Can my company exhibit at the conference?

A: We accept a limited number of collection agencies to exhibit. Collection agencies should hold a certification through the Commercial Law League of America (CLLA), The International Association of Commercial Collectors (IACC) or the Commercial Collection Agencies of America (CCAofA). Of those eligible, we accept applications on a first-come, first-served basis until the apportioned space is taken. Exhibiting collection agencies are, however, ineligible to participate in any marketing, advertising, or sponsorship opportunities. Eligibility Requirements

 

Q: Can I get the mailing addresses of the conference attendees?

A: NACM-National does not provide mailing or contact information for its members or conference attendees. However, exhibitors can use the lead retrieval service available during the conference to collect marketing data from attendees. Additionally, an attendee roster will be accessible online to all delegates and exhibitors starting the first official day of the conference. This roster will include, at a minimum, each delegate’s name and company.

 

Q: How does NACM protect attendee and exhibitor data privacy?

A: By participating, you accept NACM’s Privacy Policy. Exhibitor contact info is used only for essential event communications and is not shared with third parties without consent, except for event operations support. Badges include QR codes linked to registration data; scanning badges means attendees consent to share contact details for follow-up. NACM also collects photos and recordings during the event to capture highlights and for promotional purposes. Exhibitors must comply with all applicable data privacy laws. Q: Are there rules and regulations I need to be aware of when attending or exhibiting?

A: Yes, all attendees and exhibitors must adhere to NACM’s Exposition Rules and Regulations & Policies. This includes compliance with data privacy laws, proper conduct guidelines, and all event policies. The full Exposition Rules and Regulations & Policies document is available online on the conference website and should be reviewed carefully.

 

Q: Can I be a sponsor if I am not a registered exhibitor?

A: To become a sponsor at the conference, a company must first be an exhibitor. Detailed information about sponsorship opportunities will be available online in the fall. Please note that collection agencies and law firms are not eligible to participate in any marketing, advertising, or sponsorship opportunities.

 

Q: My company’s exhibitor application was just accepted. When will we get our service kit?

A: An Exhibitor Service Kit for the Credit Congress will be available online. The primary exhibitor contact will receive information regarding the availability of the service kit. Kits will be available sometime in April.

 

Q: How can I market to delegates prior to the conference?

A: NACM offers numerous opportunities for companies to maximize their presence at Credit Congress. Our promotional and sponsorship packages provide various levels and methods to increase visibility before, during, and after the conference. These options are designed to give your company prime exposure to an audience seeking the latest services and resources in business credit. There is no better chance to generate high-quality leads and establish contacts that enhance your marketing impact.

 

Q: How can exhibitors increase traffic and engagement at their booths?

A: Exhibitors are encouraged to participate in conference promotional opportunities such as the Solutions Hub presentations, Expo-Opoly game, and sponsorship packages designed to boost visibility.

 

Q: How do I register exhibitor booth personnel?

A: You can register all your booth personnel through this portal. An email notification will be sent out once the portal is open for booth staff registration.

 

Q: How do I order items like electricity or internet connections for our booth?

A: You can order booth items such as carpet and furniture through the Exhibitor Kit, which will be available in early April 2026. Alternatively, you may contact the expo contractor, GES Exposition Services, directly at 800-475-2098 or visit http://www.ges.com/us/contact-us. Electricity and internet services are available through the convention center, and the necessary forms for these orders will be included in the Exhibitor Service Kit.

 

Q: I need to ship my booth to America’s Center, St. Louis, MO for the show, what is the process?

A: You may contact the expo contractor GES Exposition Services directly at 800-475-2098 or http://www.ges.com/us/contact-us. Information on shipping is included in the Exhibitor Service Kit.

 

Q: Can I still donate to the NACM Scholarship Foundation?

Q: What is the attire for Credit Congress?

A: Business casual. Dress comfortably for all events, keeping in mind that layers are the best solution for meetings where the temperature fluctuates frequently.

 

Q: What accommodations are available for attendees with disabilities?

A: The venue is ADA-compliant, and NACM encourages attendees to contact us early for any special accommodations or assistance needed during the conference.

 

Q: What is the cancellation and refund policy for registrations and exhibitor booths?

A: Full payment is due upon booth assignment. Cancellation policies vary by date; please refer to the Exhibitor Agreement and Payment and Cancellation Policy for specific deadlines and refund procedures.
