Unauthorized vendors and unofficial solicitations for registration, housing, booth space, meeting space, or mailing lists may target you.

Mailing Lists

We often receive reports of unauthorized companies contacting our exhibitors claiming to have attendee mailing and email lists. As a reminder, we do not share the Credit Congress attendee list, therefore an outside party will not have the access or authority to sell it.

Scam Alert: Housing and Other Event Services

Occasionally, companies target our exhibitors and members by falsely posing as “official” partners of NACM. Please be wary of unsolicited calls or emails regarding securing hotel rooms, registration, exhibit booths, or meeting space for NACM’s Credit Congress & Expo. These companies do not have access to the conference’s contracted hotel rooms or meeting space and are in no way authorized to register attendees or conduct booth sales on NACM’s behalf. Do not provide these companies with your credit card or personal information.

Registration is done via the Credit Congress website or via the NACM registrar (josht@nacm.org ),Hilton Cleveland Downtown. The Westin Downtown Cleveland, and Cleveland Marriott Downtown at Key Tower are the ONLY official housing for NACM’s 129th Credit Congress. You will only be able to navigate to Credit Congress’ registration and housing through the Credit Congress website. Authorized information regarding the Annual Convention will come only from NACM. As a reminder, a legitimate company would not initiate contact with you unless you contact them first.

In the event that you receive a call or e-mail offering services related to Credit Congress, or encounter a suspicious website, please contact us immediately at expo_info@nacm.org or cherrylc@nacm.org to verify legitimacy.
