What does our online conference entail?

We will be delivering registered delegates unparalleled education and exhibitor resources in this year’s Online Credit Congress & Expo Showcase.


Registered delegates will have access to:

  • The ability to listen and learn from unlimited presenters
  • CEUs (continuing education units) and CCE recertification points

When will the online Credit Congress be held?

The 2020 Online Credit Congress & Expo Showcase will begin in mid-June and be accessible through August 31, 2020.


How do I register and how much does the virtual conference cost?

The 2020 Online Credit Congress & Expo Showcase registration costs are explained on our conference Registration Page.

What do I do if I registered and paid for the in-person event?

We present these options for addressing your conference registration:

  • Remain a full delegate. No action needed on your part to remain a full delegate with full access to 2020 online. Access to conference sessions, and bonus content, available online. Ability to earn CEUs/recertification points. Access to our online Expo. Details on the launch date and log ins will be sent in the coming weeks.
  • Defer your registration to next year’s Credit Congress in Kansas City, MO, May 16-19, 2021 upon a request in writing.*
  • A full refund in the same manner in which the registration was paid upon a request in writing.*

How and when can I, as a registered delegate, access the educational sessions?

All registered delegates will be emailed login instructions as we move closer to the conference start date in mid-June.


Do I get CEUs for listening to the sessions and, if so, how many can I earn?

You can earn up to 1.3 CEUs/CCE recertification points by listening to any of the Credit Congress sessions. After listening to the session in full, you must take a simple 3-5 multiple choice question quiz to confirm your participation (the online version of an attendance sheet if you will). 

After you earn your total CEUs allowable, you can continue to listen to as many Credit Congress and bonus sessions as you like.

What are bonus sessions?

Bonus sessions are sessions not originally on the Credit Congress agenda but included as value-added content to the Showcase. They are not valid for CEU points, so you will not see quizzes on their description pages.


Do I get participation points on the NACM Career Roadmap for being a registered delegate (listening to sessions and visiting the Expo Showcase)?

Yes, registered delegates who listen to sessions and visit the Expo Showcase can earn 5 participation points on the Career Roadmap or applicable CCE recertification points on the Recertification form.


What if I registered for the LCs Preconference Workshop or a Certificate Session?

People who registered for these special, add-on events will be contacted separately and directly about presentation options. Details will be forthcoming.


What do I do if I already scheduled travel to Las Vegas?

If you have scheduled plane travel to Las Vegas, please reach out to your carrier for options regarding cancellation.


What do I do if I booked a hotel reservation at Caesars Palace Las Vegas?

Your reservation at Caesars Palace will automatically be cancelled. It will take 7 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment. You do NOT need to contact Caesars Palace to initiate the cancellation of your reservation. You will receive a confirmation for the cancellation of your reservation and the refund of your deposit.

If you don’t receive a cancellation confirmation from Caesars Palace, or you have additional questions, you may call 866-227-5944 for assistance.


Can I participate as an Exhibitor?

Can my company participate in any special advertising/promotional opportunities?
