Cancellation and Payment Information

All requests for the cancellation of onsite booth space and/or online booth space must be made in writing to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. by March 1, 2021. If written notice of cancellation is received by NACM on or before March 1, 2021, NACM will retain or shall be owed a cancellation fee of $250; if written notice of cancellation is received by NACM after March 1, 2021, NACM will retain or shall be owed a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total exhibit booth fee.

Should the onsite Credit Congress in Kansas City be canceled, all fees paid will be refunded minus a $250.00 processing fee. Refunds will be made in the manner in which the original payment was made. Please allow 10 to 14 days for processing.


Payment of Fees
Exhibitors must make required payments in full for their onsite booth space and/or online booth space and sponsorships and promotions by March 1, 2021. Thereafter exhibitors are further responsible for ensuring that there are no outstanding amounts owed by them to NACM. Exhibitors will not be issued a service kit or appear online until payment in full is received. If payment is not received 10 days prior to the start of the virtual meeting NACM will not allow for the display of the online booth, have access to the attendee roster or allow booth personnel entrance to Virtual Plus Credit Congress.

 

We have every intention of holding both events. Should something unforeseen or beyond our control occur and we are forced to cancel the in-person meeting, we will still present Credit Congress Virtual Plus. We, therefore, encourage registration in both events to ensure that you have maximum exposure and are prepared for all eventualities.  Sponsorships will carry over to the Virtual Plus Credit Congress as it will go on as scheduled.

 

Safety Protocols

Please be aware that safety protocols will be in place to keep our delegates, exhibitors and staff safe during the in-person event. For example, we will be having a separate registration location for exhibitors to help reduce group sizes and line wait time. This may also include the wearing of masks when not eating or drinking, maintaining social distance and modifications to the schedule as needed. As the state of the COVID-19 pandemic is fluid, we anticipate changes to the exact requirements as we move closer to the event. Please be sure to check back to our Credit Congress website frequently to stay abreast of any evolving safety protocols that may be required of all participants.
