*Facilities Usage Fee

We urge you to make your hotel reservation at our conference hotel in order for NACM to maximize its meeting space, room block and help keep negotiated room rates as low as possible. The guest room block and group rate negotiated with the hotel includes costs to provide us with the large quantity of meeting space we require for the meeting. If we do not occupy a sufficient amount of guest rooms throughout the conference, we will incur penalties and additional costs. Therefore, we urge all meeting participants to stay in the host hotel. Consequently, guests not staying at the Gaylord Opryland Resort during the conference will be charged a Facilities Usage Fee, a flat fee of $250, to offset penalties and fees. Please note: If your residential address is in Nashville, you are exempt from the Facilities Usage Fee stated above.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

NACM understands that unfortunate circumstances may sometimes affect your ability to attend an event. Should a request for a refund be necessary, please submit your request to the NACM Meetings Department in writing as soon as possible. For written requests received on or before April 1, 2011, full registration fees will be refunded, less a $50 processing fee. Between April 2, 2011 and April 15, 2011, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. Due to the financial obligations incurred by the NACM Credit Congress, no refunds or credits are possible for cancellations received after April 15, 2011; however, replacements may be made at any time.

Conference Proceedings Materials

At the Credit Congress, NACM furnishes each full delegate with proceedings materials, typically a reference book containing all available session handouts for the conference. This year we are again offering and encouraging a more ecologically friendly alternative to the traditional Proceedings Book, the proceedings materials on a memory stick. The conference's session materials will be loaded on the memory stick so they can be referenced on a computer when returning to the office. We ask the delegates choosing the memory stick option to go our Credit Congress web pages to print any handouts you may wish to have during a session and bring them with you to the conference.

When registering for the conference, each person is asked to choose either the memory stick or the book with their registration materials. Anyone who does not mark a choice will automatically receive the memory stick. Additional memory sticks may be ordered when registering for $20. Proceedings materials, in either format, are available to conference delegates only.

Full Delegate (4-day) Registration includes:

This registration category allows five or more people from a single company to register for the Credit Congress at a discounted rate. Each Team Discount registration includes all of the same great features as a Full Delegate registration.
