All booths MUST be set up by 3:00pm on Sunday, May 16th. If set up is not complete, show management will have the installation performed at the expense of the exhibitor.

Booths may NOT be dismantled before 2:00pm on Tuesday, May 18th. If a booth is dismantled before the official close of the exhibit hall, the exhibitor will incur a penalty fee of $1,000. We respectfully ask that you commit to the entire exhibition schedule to help ensure that the show is a success for all involved.

All booths MUST be dismantled and materials packed by Noon on Wednesday, May 19th.
