Rio Deposit Policies
All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit of the first night’s room and tax charge. If reservation is guaranteed to a credit card, a first night’s room and tax charge, per room, will be billed immediately to the cardholder’s account.

At the time of your stay, all guests are required to leave one of the following: $100 per day authorized on a credit card or hard charged on a debit card; or $200 per stay cash (with phone and movies only). For questions, contact the Rio Hotel directly at 888-746-6955.

We urge you to make your hotel reservation at our conference hotel in order for NACM to maximize its meeting space and room block and to help keep negotiated room rates as low as possible. The guest room block and group rate negotiated with the hotel includes costs to provide us with the large quantity of meeting space we require for the meeting. If we do not occupy a sufficient amount of guest rooms throughout the conference, we will incur penalties and additional costs. Therefore, we urge all meeting participants to stay in the host hotel. Consequently, guests not staying at the Rio Hotel Las Vegas during the conference will be charged a $250 Facilities Usage Fee to offset penalties and fees. Please note: If your residential address is in Las Vegas, you are exempt from the Facilities Usage Fee stated above.
