CONFERENCE ATTIRE
Business casual dress is appropriate for all events. (No shorts and flipflops for conference events please.) Dress for the NACM Closing Party: Nashville Nightlife, however, is casual…picture the faded jeans and scuffed cowboy boots of country meeting the trendy, glitz of big city nightlife. We recommend that everyone bring a sweater or light jacket to use should the meeting rooms become chilly or you venture out in the evenings.

NACM is pleased to announce its 2011 keynote speakers:

Tom Flick & Joe Calloway

Tom Flick

The Opening General Session keynote address, “At the Heart of Leadership,” is being presented by Tom Flick. Tom is a former Rose Bowl Champion, Pac-10 Conference “Player of the Year” and an NFL quarterback for seven seasons. Today, he is a dynamic, highly sought-after speaker delivering guidance, clarity and inspiration to over 100,000 people each year.

Tom has been called a Success Coach and a Change Management Specialist. His exceptional ability to communicate clear business solutions with humor and poignant insight is why he is in such high demand. He has spoken for such notable organizations as Microsoft, Starbucks, American Express, Ritz-Carlton Hotels, PepsiCo, Shell Oil, Hallmark Cards, NASA and the US Army Rangers. Tom recognizes that meeting the challenges of today’s business environment requires a committed workforce. He strives to motivate people to become peak performers, both personally and professionally. By providing actionable solutions that move people to peak performance, they will have a beneficial impact that also registers on a company’s bottomline.

Tom is a contributing author in Speaking of Success. Copies of this book will be available for purchase at the NACM Expo Hall booth and in the on-site NACM Bookstore. Delegates can visit the NACM booth after the General Session to meet Tom and have their books signed.

Joe Calloway

This year’s Super Session keynote speaker is Joe Calloway. Joe is a performance expert who helps people and companies think competitively, improve constantly and act decisively. He is the author of four groundbreaking business books, the latest being the best-selling Becoming a Category of One. This book received rave reviews from The New York Times, Retailing Today, Publishers Weekly and many others publications. Joe is a partner in Engage Consulting Group as well as in BizVideos, a company that produces short business videos for use in meetings and corporate events. Joe has been inducted into the Speakers Hall of Fame, though he doesn’t agree that he does “speeches.” Instead, he actively engages people in presentations that challenge assumptions and create new ways of thinking. Joe will rivet our NACM audience with his presentation, “Becoming a Category of One,” inspired by his book.

Experian, our Super Session keynote speaker sponsor, will be hosting a special meet and greet with Joe Calloway in its Expo Hall booth immediately following the Super Session. Plan to attend and join us in thanking Experian for this unique opportunity!

The Super Session speaker is graciously sponsored by Experian.
